Terms and Services Policy

Overview:

At GOGI, we are committed to providing high-quality IT support and tech services to our clients. These terms and services outline the conditions under which we provide our services, including appointment scheduling, cancellation policies, payment, and responsibilities.

Service Booking:

• Appointment Scheduling: All service requests must be booked in advance either online, via phone, or in person. Appointment times are confirmed based on availability.

• Booking Reschedule: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% rescheduling fee.

• No Fix, No Fee Policy: If we are unable to fix your issue during the scheduled appointment, you will not be charged for the service. This policy applies to hardware and software issues that are within the scope of our capabilities. Additional charges will apply if further work is required beyond the original appointment scope.

Cancellation:

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

• No Show Policy: A 100% cancellation fee will apply if you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification. 

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

• In cases of dispute or refund requests, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the service date. Refunds are processed at the discretion of GOGI

Liability and Responsibilities:

• GOGI is not liable for any data loss, damage, or issues resulting from services provided. It is the client’s responsibility to back up all data prior to any service.

•  We make every effort to meet our estimated completion times but cannot guarantee completion within any specific timeframe.

•  Clients agree to provide access to necessary systems, hardware, and software as required for the services. Failure to do so may result in delays or the inability to complete the service.

Governing Law:

• These terms and services are governed by the laws of the state of [Your State or Territory]. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia

Amendments:

• GOGI reserves the right to modify these terms and services at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
